2000 in 2003, the certificate of OKO-Tex Standard100 in 2004

Polymerization
fiber: daily output 600 tons of polyester direct spinning line
differential chemical fiber which is the new product of CTIEI,
there are 588 German Barmag spinning production lines, 105 sets
of stretch strengthener from Germany and Japan. Annually outputs:
240,000 tons. Main products are functional differential fiber
like FDY50D/24F ~ 300D/96F, DTY40D/48F ~ 600D/192F.
Elastic: bring in advanced computerized knitter from Switzerland
and Germany, 700 sets of shuttleless jacquard and ribbon loom,
produce 0.5 billion meters products each year. Main products
are underwear lace ribbon, elastic tatted ribbon series, computer
jacquard belt, backpack belt and new products like velvet belt,
wide and narrow band.
Warp knitting: 60 Karl Mayer tricot machines from Germany, produce
50,000,000 meters of products each year, main products are lace
series.
Textile: 230 Honda air jet looms from Japan, produce 18,000,000
meters of products each year, main products are pure cotton
cloth, shirt fabric, elastic cloth, interwoven fabric, bunchy
yarn, linen imitation cloth for Spring and Autumn, middle and
high grade environment-friendly silk floss.
R&D
We have a strong R&D team, co-built
a Fiber R&D centre with Science and Technology Bureau to
develop new products according to market requirements, popular
underwear ribbon, velvet belt, wide and narrow band, special
designed lace, bunchy yarn, linen imitation cloth for Spring
and Autumn, middle and high grade environment-friendly silk
floss.

Network Our products are exported
to Japan, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bengal, Canada, Korea,
India, Turkey, Peru, and Brazil etc. and have built very good
partnership with very famous distributors and dealers. In the
domestic market, we have branches in Dalian, Qingdao, Shanghai,
Wuxi, Guangdong etc.
