Baihong Textile Fiber Co., Ltd is
one of the filiales of Billion Group. It is a medium wholly
foreign-owned enterprise that set up in 2000, and was authorized
by Fujian Province the People’s Government. According to the
“ Law of Company” it invested 1.8 million dollars as registered
capital. Now there are more than 500 employees, and 49 technicians.
Among them, more than 30 are primary technicians, 16 are intermediate
technicians and 3 are senior technicians.
As
soon as the company has been established, they introduced several
product lines, such as: Barmag yarn winders CW6-1200 and Barmag
FK-1000 from Germany, several Japan Murata DTY machines which
aim at the production of Terylene long silk products. We had
formed a throughput about 50,000 ton annual. It has become a
modern company specialized in manufacturing fine denier DTY.
The equipment sculpt we chose are based on the demand of the
market and the developing trend of the fine denier DTY’s production.
We introduced German Barmag yarn winders CW6-1200 as former
POY producing facility and following product lines such as Japan
Murata DTY machines of 33H, Barmag FK6-1000 from Germany, RPR-1000
DTY machines from Italy and Barmag V DTY machines from Germany,
it specialized in the manufacture of fine DTY and DTY products
at the size of 0.8dpf – 5dpf. Now, all the guidelines of our
products has not only reached the domestic standard but also
the international level. As we always insist on the managerial
policy of “ Honest, Innovation, Deploitation and enterprising”
we had been awarded the title of “ One of the Various Emphases
Enterprises in Fujian Province” by Fujian Province Economy Commerce
Committee in 2002, the same year it also be entitled as “Ratepaying
Enterprise” by the National Revenue of QZ, FJ. In the beginning
of 2003, we introduced into the ISO9001 as our quality managerial
system, and passed the authentication in June the same year
successfully.
In order to promote
the quality of our new products, we purchase a set of advanced
checking equipments: μTA equipments (measuring slice and melting
point) Pressure Gauge (measuring the water content of the slice)
Abbe Refractometer (measuring the concentration of the oil dosage
and the liquid) high viscosity constant temperature (measure
the viscosity) XL-1 yarn strive extending meter (measure the
physical guideline of the yarn) Measuring Reel Tester ( measuring
the fiber size). Meanwhile, the company persists in taking part
in the activities of continuous quality instruction, quality
training, quality competition and quality improvement. For the
sake of adopting the high-standard, strict requirements for
all the new products’ development, the technics standard’s establishment,
the producing process’s control. By strict quality control,
the company both forging an excellent image for Bai Hong Brand
and gained a famous society benefit and economic benefit.
